Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan seems like a never ending feud and despite being one of the best feuds of the year 2024, a lot of fans are bored with the repetitive product. This feud has started way back in June, soon after Liv Morgan won the Women’s World Championship and she started teasing an injured Rhea Ripley.
Ripley came back from the injury in August and challenged Morgan for the title where Dominik Mysterio betrayed Ripley and allied with Liv Morgan. There had been a couple of rematches to follow, and in every occasion, Morgan managed to keep the championship to herself. At a point, it seemed like the feud may have ended now.
WWE Legend Thinks Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan Feud Has Been Dragged For “Long, Long Time” and It Should End Now
But at Survivor Series WWE reignited the feud after Ripley pinned Morgan inside the War Games chamber which earned her another rematch. Now it is announced that this duo will face each other again on RAW Netflix premier. Not every fan is highly obliged after learning about this announcement.
Rhea Ripley was Forced to Drop the Women's World Title Due to an Injury
WWE Legend Tommy Dreamer thinks this should be enough for this feud and it should end now. He believes that the feud had been for a long, long time there is no need to continue it anymore. He also shared his view on how to end this feud. Speaking on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Dreamer said;
Rhea Ripley Pinned Women's World Champion Liv Morgan at Survivor Series
“By that time, it has to be done. They have stretched this out a long, long time. Injuries have set this back, right? But if Liv somehow continues to beat Rhea, then it’s time for Rhea maybe to move over to ‘SmackDown.’ With Becky on the horizon, Liv would be fresh as fresh can be, with ‘The Man’ coming after her. Rhea going over to ‘SmackDown,’ maybe [doing] something with Nia [Jax], could be very, very interesting, and add a whole new dynamic if they’re going to switch.”
Maybe Dreamer is right that the feud is stretched unnecessarily for the injury issues but it never felt like the RAW creative team had any back up ideas. The current women’s RAW roster has not a single main eventer apart from these two and they did not try to build one either. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon.
