The Undertaker is widely considered one of the biggest legends in professional wrestling history and not only it is a dream for every wrestling fan to meet him at least once in their lives but the young wrestlers also dream the same. Some wrestlers are actually fortunate enough to get in contiguity of ‘The Dead Man.’
The Phenom has also been recognized as one of the most influential figures backstage and he is more like a father figure for many young wrestlers. Many wrestlers expressed their happiness in getting in touch with the WWE Hall of Famer. One such wrestler who recently got in connection with The Undertaker was Ricky Starks.
The Undertaker Calls This “Respectful” NXT Star “Such a Good Kid”
Formerly an AEW star, Starks made his WWE debut last Tuesday in the NXT and before joining WWE, he had an excellent career in AEW. Having won multiple championships in the promotion, he was one of the biggest attractions of it. The Dead Man recently met with Ricky Starks and he shared his experience of meeting him. Speaking on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, he said;

“We struck up a conversation, and he told me that he was trying to break into the business. I kinda’ talked to him about different things. And he actually, one of the Rumbles that Michelle was a surprise guest in, she wanted to get in the ring, and he came down and trained with her.
The Undertaker was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2022
“I’ve seen him a few times here and there, and I’ve always had great conversations with him. He’s such a good kid, such a respectful kid. Yeah so that debut caught me completely off guard – I hadn’t seen him in probably a year, year-and-a-half maybe, and then I just looked up and saw him there. But yeah, that’s how we met. We met in a gym when I was getting ready for Shane at WrestleMania [32].”
Starks appeared among the NXT crowd last Tuesday in the NXT, but his official name of NXT is yet to be revealed. The 34 year old professional wrestler had been extremely impressive in the AEW before joining WWE, and the fans can expect him to get a main event treatment in the NXT, and at least a solid mid card run when he joins the main roster in the future.
