After Triple H became in charge of the WWE creative, she brought back a lot of wrestlers that she envied during his NXT run as the creative director but were released from the promotion mostly during the covid 19 pandemic. It was a really strange time for sports entertainment and WWE workers had to struggle a lot during this time.
Unfortunately, most of the wrestlers that Triple H brought back after becoming in charge of WWE Creative, failed massively. In some cases, The returns of some of the wrestlers felt so clueless. It was never understood why they were brought back. One such wrestler was Tegan Nox whom Triple H brought back in December 2022.

But nobody ever understood why Triple H brought her back. She remained under contract with WWE for nearly a couple of years but she hardly got any consistent booking. She was released on November 2024 and on the same month, she joined the independent circuit. Recently, she attended a virtual signing with Highspots’ Sign-it-Live where she revealed how WWE always prevented her from being herself and also explained why her WWE career failed. Here is what she had to say;

“I’m very emo, pop-punk. This is me. Tegan Nox was so far removed from me that I was trying to get this through but I just wasn’t allowed. They preferred me to be the girl next door, instead of tattooed up punk kid.” said the Welsh professional wrestler.

She also gave more explanations about the failure of her WWE career while speaking to Metro UK recently. She said; “Let me go a complete opposite,” said the former WWE star. “Stomp on people’s skulls, like football hooligans do, headbutt people. I brought in the Zidane headbutt as part of my move set.”
Tegan Nox was indeed one of the most talented wrestlers and she could have been an amazing fit for the newly introduced mid card division for women of WWE. Nox was not the only wrestler that Triple H brought back after becoming creative in charge and failed to impress. The Cerebral Assassin still makes some controversial decisions for which he gets bashed by the critics regularly. But we hope he improves in the future and he brings out the best for the fans.
