Sheamus is one of the longest serving members of the WWE roster and he is also one of the dedicated stars of the promotion. He has an excellent history in the promotion, having won the World title four times in total along with other big achievements like Money in the Bank and Royal Rumble.

Presently, The Celtic Warrior is active in Monday Night RAW and his current feud with Ludwig Kaiser is one of the most exciting feuds of the red brand of WWE. The duo is scheduled to face each other next week as the match has already been announced.

The Scottish professional wrestler had been one of the most decorated members of the WWE locker room. He won almost all the possible championships from WWE, the only title he failed to win was the WWE Intercontinental Championship and that is preventing him from being a Grand Slam Champion.

Sheamus is presently active on Monday Night RAW

During a recent appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, the former four times WWE World Champion was asked whether he is planning to retire anytime soon. He responded;

“Not really. Again, I just signed a new five-year deal.” Sheamus said, “My wife reminds me all the time, 52. Listen, I’ll go to the wheels fall off me. Could do it until physically I can’t do it anymore. I love what I do. There’s plenty of time to sit back and read a book and just watch TV.”

“I know a lot of people. I’ve talked to some talents as well. But we meet them all of Mania and everything when they come in, especially the Hall of Fame, but also everybody gets invited to Mania. You can tell a lot of the talents who just retired too early. If I had to hang on my boots when that stuff happened with my neck, I’d be at peace with it. Because sometimes you can tell that when they have retired before their time. There is a little bit of regret there.”

Sheamus, 46, who will turn 47 this January 28th is still in an amazing shape and he is regularly delivering great matches. He may not be promoted on to the main event status once again, but he will always be a valuable member to the WWE locker room.
