Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens; the real life best friends always had a love-hate relationship on screen. Sometimes they work as a friend and sometimes they have been bitter enemies. At WrestleMania 39 the duo created history when they deemed up to win the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on the main event of night 1. But much like every time, their friendship did not last long.
The duo had been working as baby faces for a long time before Kevin Owens turned heel later last year. He had a feud with Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Immediately he shifted his attention to his real life best friend Zayn after losing the opportunity to win the title.

There were that the duo would meet each other at WrestleMania 41 but last Monday on RAW it had been announced that this amazing Canadian duo will face each other at the upcoming Elimination Chamber event. Last Monday on RAW a videotape was aired where Zayn addressed his match with Owens at the mentioned event where he said;

“Anyone who’s ever watched Sami Zayn versus Kevin Owens knows what we bring, what we will throw at each other, especially now in Canada in Toronto, at The Rogers Centre in a stadium, with no rules, anything goes.

As it had been confirmed that it was not going to be any normal match, but an Unsanctioned Match. 23 years ago, we saw two best friends fighting under the stipulation at SummerSlam 2002, and they were Triple H and Shawn Michaels. Once again we will witness two best friends tearing up each other in the same stipulation. Hopefully, this match becomes the show stealer.
