Los Blancos got a comfortable win against Brace scoring two goals including a brace from Rodrygo to secure 15 that only lifted the defending champions up to 11th position in the table. The directly qualified team secured 16 points which was impossible to match up for Madrid without any miracle to happen with another team result and unfortunately this time it didn’t happen.

Real Madrid’s Domination Came Late in Champions League
The game started with a dominating play from Real Madrid as the players constantly pressed opponents in the first half. Rodrygo scored the first goal for the visitors in Stade du Roudourou with individual brilliance. He dribbled the ball out of the box and passed three defenders with two moves to take a shot from the left flank to finish the ball.
In the second half, Brest got a brilliant chance to score an equaliser but VAR called it off for being offside. Just four minutes after the canceled equalizer, Bellingham increased the lead causing difficulties for the French team to come back in the game. The goal was orchestrated and assisted by Lucas Vazquez and Bellingham tapped the ball into the net.
Rodrygo Scored But This Time No Miracle Happened to Ensure Direct Qualification
Finally, Rodrygo again showed his finishing quality by shooting from an awkward position. Rodrygo has scored 4 goals and given 1 assist playing 6 matches in the CL. Mbappe took a shot that was saved by the Brest goalkeeper and went as far as Rodrygo who placed the ball into the net to win the match but unfortunately, this win didn’t help Los Blancos much as the chance of direct qualification has already ended.
