Ever since Nia Jax made her return to WWE in 2023, she has shown huge improvement. During her previous run in WWE, she had to deal with many criticisms for weak in ring works and botches. WWE fans questioned her big push despite her in ring failures again and again. But Vince McMahon always had been affectionate towards bigger wrestlers. So there was nothing much to question.
When she was brought back to WWE in 2023, once again she was given a strong push much like she received during her first run. Once again the fans questioned why is she being treated as a main eventer again despite her previous records. But this time she proved her critics wrong when she showed major improvements.
Nia Jax Explains How She is Different From Her Previous WWE Run and Wanting To Have More Fun
2024 had been the year of Nia Jax. She won the Queen of the Ring tournament in May followed by her huge Women's Championship win at SummerSlam. She had been presented as a very strong Women's Champion. Recently, she appeared on the “No-Contest Wrestling” podcast where she talked about her massive turn around. She said;

“I think I just don’t give a s** anymore. I don’t care…if I have to go out there in a clown suit and twerk in front of 50,000 people, I’m going to make that the best clown suit twirling session anybody’s ever seen. I don’t give a s*t about what people think and how it’s gonna’ come off. I’m gonna go out there and give it the best I can.

“I’m gonna go have fun, I’m gonna make sure that match is incredible, I’m gonna make sure my promos are incredible, at least to the best of my ability, and I’m gonna make the best of everything I can. So I think before I was just a little hesitant and second-guessing myself. Now, I don’t second-guess myself. I’m confident in who I am and what I bring to the table.”
She had an excellent Championship run before dropping it to Tiffany Stratton on the first episode of Smackdown in 2025. She is still presented as a top star of the women's division and she is expected to enter the women's Royal Rumble match in which she is one of the biggest favourites to win.
