WWE has recently created history when they introduced two mid card championships for their women's division; one for RAW and the other one for SmackDown. WWE SmackDown got the women's United States championship and to Crown the first champion, WWE organised 12 woman tournament.
Michin Mia Yim and Chelsea Green reached the finals of the tournament and the final took place at the Saturday Night'ss Main Event where Green defeat Yim to become the inaugural Women's United States champion. Yim on the other hand had been pretty impressive throughout the tournament and it is believed that she will soon get the taste of the said Championship.

But losing in the final of a tournament hurts even more than losing in a knockout round. How did Yim feel after losing in the final of the tournament? Speaking with "Casual Conversations with The Classic," Michin discussed her defeat in the said tournament. She also talked about her relationship with Chelsea Green;

"Well first off, 2025, I am gonna win a championship," Yim said. "I don't care what anybody's gonna say, like that's going to be my goal for 2025. But to be put in those positions, it actually means a lot to me."
"The dumpster was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be," Yim said. "So when I saw it, I was like, oh boy, Chelsea might hit her head and that's not what I want to do to her. But I think because me and Chelsea have this [relationship]. We joke all the time because we can communicate with each other without even speaking, which is crazy.
Michin had an excellent rivalry with Chelsea Green in 2024
"But that's just how our history has formed. It's like I'm just glad it's with Chelsea because we both trust each other to the point where it's like, 'Yeah, you can throw me in that little old dumpster. I know you're not going to hit my head.'
Michin has become a fan favourite after her recent works on Friday Night SmackDown and a large number of fans want to see her winning a championship in the near future. Yim also remains one of the strongest candidates to win the women's United States championship soon.
