After the huge announcement of the multi year partnership deal of WWE and TNA, we can expect many cross brand appearances and it is a huge opportunity for the TNA stars to make a big breakthrough in the WWE roster, especially, for the younger stars. A number of TNA stars have already seen having matches with top stars of TNA even before the announcement of this deal.
Matt Hardy; a WWE legend who is presently active in TNA Wrestling along with his legendary brother Jeff Hardy is also expected to appear in WWE as a TNA star. The Hardy Boyz had been one of the biggest Tag Teams in the history of professional wrestling and this team was a big attraction of WWE during the Attitude Era.
Matt Hardy Believes This Multi Times TNA World Champion Can Be Big Success on The Main Roster of WWE
Speaking of Matt Hardy, the former two times TNA World Champion recently talked about the wrestlers who can be big sensations in WWE. One of the names he gave much importance to is the former two times TNA World Champion Josh Alexander. Speaking on his “The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy” podcast, he explained;
“I had never worked closely with Josh until this time around at TNA, and I became a big fan of his work, too. Just an uber-talented guy.” Hardy said. “He’s capable of definitely being a main roster WWE mainstay. He’s capable of doing a lot there.”

“Just how strong of a wrestler he is. And I feel like he can do power moves, he can do technical wrestling. He’s so well-versed in every aspect of wrestling, you know? And even some of the stuff that he did with Santana in that match had elements of like, you know, a hardcore match.
Matt Hardy Thinks TNA Star Josh Alexander will be a big success in WWE main roster
“It’s like an anything goes type of match. But it was a great story they told, he worked really hard to make Santana look great. He’s just so talented in all capacities, in all facets. And I think in WWE, I think Josh Alexander could be a very, very big deal.” Concluded the former WWE United States Champion.
Josh Alexander is yet to make a WWE appearance but he has done an amazing job in TNA Wrestling since the very first day of joining the promotion. With this new partnership deal between the two major promotions, we can surely expect Alexander to appear in WWE soon. As Royal Rumble is closing in, he can even be a surprise entrant in the men’s Royal Rumble match.
