Throughout his historic professional wrestling career, Kurt Angle went through many top rivalries and storylines. Both in WWE and TNA Wrestling, the Olympic Gold Medalist had some excellent storylines. From his triangle love story with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H to his friendship storyline with Brock Lesnar, he had it all.
He returned to WWE in 2017 after remaining Absent from the promotion for more than a decade. He was greeted by the promotion with a Hall of Fame induction and he also started working on screen regularly. He played the role of the on screen General Manager of Monday Night RAW and his second run in WWE last date until WrestleMania 35.

His final feud and match was against former WWE United States Champion Baron Corbet Corbin which still remains one of his worst feuds and storylines in his entire career. His fans still hate this storyline and they have all the reasons to hate it. Kurt Angle was indeed one of the best names in the history of professional wrestling and he never deserved such a farewell.

Another storyline he had during his final WWE run was a strange paternity storyline with upcoming talent Jason Jordan was portrayed as the illegitimate son of Angle. This storyline could not go for very long since Jordan suffered a career threatening injury and he had been sidelined forever. Speaking on "Insight with Chris Van Vliet," Angle remembered this storyline;

"Chad is incredible. He's a very talented kid," Angle said of the "WWE Raw" star. "I'm just glad that they're utilizing him properly. Because I know that he's undersized a little bit, they didn't know what to do with him. But this kid could be a World Champion and be very marketable. Especially with the gimmick that he has now, with the whole USA thing and the 'You Suck!' and everything where he's like my son."

There were reports that WWE had plans to promote Jason Jordan as one of the top stars of the promotion. He would have got a build like Kurt Angle and that was the reason he was associated with the Olympic Gold Medalist. But the unfortunate injury sidelined him from action forever. He then started working as a producer in WWE and he is still active in the promotion.
