As per tipstar Apple has already started working on a new segment of Apple 17e as a successor of Apple 16e as per leaker. iPhone SE was discontinued after 2022. In 2026 the new iPhone 17e is supposed to be launched.
Are There Any Changes in the New iPhone 17e Model?
iPhone 16e is the entry-level smartphone in this series. iPhone 16e had not impressed the users, but as per the report, it has outsold the iPhone SE model after it was released. Concurrently, iPhone 17e will continue online. As per a leaker, the new handset will be introduced as early as possible.

A post from a website by a leaker, Apple will release the new ‘e’ series model yearly. The post claims that the trial manufacturing of iPhone 17e is Apple’s current agenda.
The leaker also said the 17e model will come in a new look, as remodelling will be done for this model, and will come as a new entry-level model without SE branding.
Any Changes in Prices?
Apple’s iPhone 16e was launched at Rs 59,000 in India. The phone comes in two different colour. But Apple currently changes its look in its new smartphone. Its name will also change and will discontinue the SE lineup with the new iphone17e.
The iPhone 16e was equipped with Apple’s C1 modem. Like the older version of SE, the iPhone 16e used an A18 SoC. According to users that the handset is more acceptable for competing with older iPhone models. These are still purchased in India. Like the other two models from iPhone 15, which were priced at 69,000 onwards, they offer more features and support fast charging. But not support Apple Intelligence feature.
apple will line up the budget to maintain competitive pricing for sure. Apple take 19% of share of global smartphone market. Now we have to wait for the next year for this new member of Apple family.
