The days of putting images for search have now ended by Google for iPhone users, enabling the circle to search feature without switching to different tabs making it user-friendly.
Google Activated Circle To Search Features in iPhone By Highlighting Content Directly
The company has expanded the functionality of “Circle to search” integrating into Chrome and Google for iPhone users. Users now highlight or circle any content directly on the screen to search for it without taking any screenshots or switching tabs for utilizing “Lens”.
Seamless experience of searching coming soon for iPhone users
Android users already have the seamless search capabilities that iPhone users will enjoy. However, the company preferred not to use specific branding used in Android for iOS. The visual search results are expected to enhance AI overview activity and improve Lens search results by answering visual queries.

The “Circle to Search” is applicable for social media posts and videos in paused mode that can help to search for any particular information without leaving the app conveniently. Apart from the feature Lens allows real-time copy and translation process, identification of plants, and other scanning processes of tickets or QR codes conveniently.
Process of Activating the Feature in iOS
Activation of the feature is easy, users just have to go to the three-dot menu in Chrome and select the “Search Screen with Google Lens” to activate the option for iOS users. The inclusion of the Lens icon in the address bar is one of the anticipated updates to be coming soon for quicker access.
The users would see AI overviews in the Lens results after searching and need not add questions to the search query which enhances the searching experience. Functionality is available in English language and is expected to include all languages in coming updates for iOS.
