Vince McMahon stepped down from his role in 2022 after 4 long decades. His son in law Triple H Paul Levesque started taking care of the creative ever since. It had been two and a half years since Levesque is working as the Head of Creative of WWE and his work has received mixed reviews from the fans so far.
There had been some good decisions that he made during his time like the main event of WrestleMania 40, the Bloodline drama overall, and especially the segment from Royal Rumble 2023. He also introduced the new World Heavyweight Championship, a mid card division for women through two new mid card Championships, overall he has done some decent work so far.

Former WWE Champion Praises Triple H For His Recent Work; "He’s Doing a Good Job"
But he had to swallow a lot of criticism too for some of the controversial decisions and in some cases, he failed to book things properly. But professional wrestling legend and retired professional wrestler "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase believes that Triple H is doing a good job. Speaking on his “Everybody’s Got A Pod” podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer explained;
Paul Levesque is presently working as the Chief Content Officer of WWE
“I’ll be honest with you, I think he’s doing a good job. You know, Vince’s forte wasn’t wrestling so much because he never really was a wrestler. Where Triple H was a wrestler. So he obviously knows more about wrestling than Vince.
"But Vince’s gifts — again, we wouldn’t be having this conversation if it weren’t for Vince McMahon and what he did for the wrestling world, for sure. But I think that Triple H is doing a pretty good job. It’s kind of like, what I get from a lot of fans — and even some fans who tune into this program — is, ‘Gosh, it’s just not like the old days.’

Triple H is a 14 times WWE World Champion
"And it’s like, ‘The good old days’ happens to be that era when it was me and Duggan and all those guys, Andre and what have you. And it’s just not like it used to be. But with Triple H at the helm, I think it’s going to get back to being more like it used to be. I think it’s a good thing. I really do.” concluded Ted DiBiase.
One of the recent booking decisions of Levesque that brought a lot of Criticism was the Royal Rumble wins of Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair. Jey Uso's Rumble win received mixed reactions overall, but majority of the fans are extremely unhappy with Charlotte Flair's Royal Rumble win. There are many other instances where Levesque is dealing with massive criticism. Hopefully, things will improve soon.
