Al Nasser is offering a deal of £168m to enter the stay of Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia. The ex-Manchester United star brought a lot of attention after he arrived at AL Nasser in the December 2022 winter transfer window. However, Ronaldo failed to secure any trophy since then in the yellow jersey which is unlikely in his career.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s Tenure In Saudi May Increase With A Deal Including Part Ownership Of Al Nasser And A Pay Raise
The Spanish Outlet Marca reported that the new deal of Al Nassers is going to be economically irresistible for Ronaldo with a £4 million hike in the current salary. The Five-time Ballon d’Or winner had earned £164 million per season with an additional £49 million with several off-pitch ventures.
The report also stated that the new contract will offer a small stake making the 39-year-old forward a co-owner of this club with a long association. Around 4 to 5 percent of the stake would be offered in the new contract making him first player cum co-owner of Al Nasser.
Ronaldo stated his intention to extend his living in Middle-East
Ronaldo is happy and settled in Saudi as he stated on Saudi Pro League’s official media channel. He stated "I’m happy and my family is happy. We started a new life in this beautiful country. Life is good, football is good. In terms of individual and collective, we are still there. We are still improving,"
The trophy hunter has not tasted any major trophy with a yellow jersey which might make him disappointed in this scenario. The league rival Al Hilal gave tough competition to Al Nasser and bagged the trophy in majority time and the team is currently looking forward to including Mohammad Salah in the team which could make them lethal in terms of attack.

Ronaldo's statement regarding League 1 caused controversy in football world
The extension of Ronaldo was very much evident after the interview given by Ronaldo. He stated, "To be honest I think the Saudi League is not worse than the French League, in my opinion. "In [the] French league I think you have two, three teams with a good level. In Saudi now I think it's more competitive.
"But I think right now we are better than [the] French league, we still improve," he added. It made it evident that the Portuguese are ready to face the challenge in Saudi and the recent contract talks are proof of the assumption.
