Chelsea Green is one of the biggest attractions of the women’s division of WWE right now and she is also a big prospect to be a future main eventer of the promotion. Recently, she won the 12 woman tournament to become the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Championship which showed how much the promotion is valuing her right now.
But her life in WWE was not as easy when she returned to the promotion in 2023. She was a surprise entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match of 2023 upon her return and she got eliminated in only 5 seconds. She was constantly used as a jobber in WWE during her early days and it never looked like situation would ever improve for her.
Breaking: Former WWE Champion Shares His Views on The Recent Success of Chelsea Green
But her hard work finally paid off and now WWE treats her as one of the top mid cards of the promotion. The first championship success she tasted was the Women’s Tag Team title and now she is the Women’s United States Champion.
Former WWE star Zack Ryder who is also the husband Green recently expressed his views about the success of Chelsea Green in WWE. He also explained why he is not jealous of his wife. During his recent appearance on “The Ariel Helwani Show,” the former WWE United States Champion said;
Chelsea Green is a former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion
“I go and support her. I’m her biggest fan. When she won the tag team titles, I was there. I couldn’t be there for the US Title, I was wrestling. I was doing a GCW show in LA. But when I’m watching, of course I want to be there with her. We barely see each other. We saw each other last week at the airport. I’ll see her next Monday because she’s in England doing stuff for Netflix right now.”
“I have indie shows, I have the Hammerstein Ballroom, I come home Monday, she’ll be there. So I’d love to be there with her. Whether we’re on camera or not, I think we’re better together. But I want to be there, not just because she’s there. I want to be there because I belong there. I know I belong there.”

“I will admit, for instance watching her at WrestleMania, I’m sitting in the press box, or Money in the Bank, I’m sitting there watching. Of course, I’m super proud. But of course, part of me’s like, ‘I should be there.’ But not, ‘I should be there and not her.’ I should be there also. No [there’s no jealousy]. No way.
“I’ve been there, done that. Could be different if I was never there. But luckily I was, fortunately I was. I’m so grateful for that time. So I’m able to support her. But of course, I want to be there as well. So many guys and girls who leave WWE want to go back. But would they make a difference? I truly believe I would. That’s why I really do think I should go back.” concluded the former WWE star.

Chelsea Green is presently having a feud with Michin over the Women’s United States Championship and she is doing really great. It is very much expected that she will soon be promoted to the main event segment of WWE where she would definitely do an excellent job, much like she is doing right now.
