CM Punk and Roman Reigns did not get to interact much upon Punk’s return to WWE at Survivor Series 2023 since the two wrestlers were separated by Smackdown and RAW. But this has remained a dream feud ever since Roman Reigns has become the face of WWE. After the return of Punk, the fans have started to root for this dream feud once again.
There had been a signal at Royal Rumble given by WWE of a potential feud between Reigns and Punk when the duo finally collided. Things had been more fascinating when Punk registered the elimination of Reigns by his name. There were even rumors that the duo would start a feud even before WrestleMania.

Tonight, at the Elimination Chamber event, Punk is entering the Elimination Chamber match in the quest to become the no. 1 contender for the Undisputed WWE title at WrestleMania 41. Reigns is heavily rumored to return at the event. But is there any chance that he would start a feud with Punk prior to WrestleMania? Punk recently spoke with Alex McCarthy of the Daily Mail where he discussed this potential dream feud;

“Oh, yeah, I think everybody could see that. There’s been a few times in my career where you don’t really have to do much, and you realize, oh, you got ‘em. When you start off in this business, at least early in my career, I remember flying off the top rope, landing on the concrete on the floor in front of 13 people. You look back at that now and you go, man, why was I doing that? Look, I can just stand next to this guy in a shark cage.

“But it’s the years that I put in, it’s the work that Roman’s put in. When you finally see those two guys stand next to each other and stare at each other, there’s definitely something there. It got people excited. So I definitely think you’ll probably see more of that in the future. I did throw him over at Royal Rumble. That’s pretty neat.”
Roman Reigns is more likely to have a match with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 41, but there is a big rumor of a potential triple threat match where CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns would be involved and the winner of this match would get featured in the main event of WrestleMania 41. However, a potential one on one feud between Punk will still be in demand.
