WWE Netflix RAW Premiere was a tremendous show as it featured some excellent matches and segments. There were definitely more expectations from the show but not all wrestling shows can reach up to expectations. Some of the top stars of the promotion, however, like Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns orchestrated some excellent matches.
There were some returns of WWE legends too like The Undertaker, The Rock, and even Hulk Hogan. But Hulkamania’s reception among the fans remains questionable as the two times WWE Hall of Famer was thoroughly booed by the audience. But the rest of the legends received positive responses.
Booker T Addresses Controversial Segment From Netflix RAW Premiere
A lot of wrestling legends like Mark Henry, Rikishi, and even Eric Bischoff addressed this shocking incident and tried to find out the reason. Recently, two times WWE Hall of Famer Booker T also addressed this situation and talked about it. Speaking on his "Hall of Fame" podcast recently, Booker T said;
"Getting old sucks, man, because you lose your focus," said the former five times WCW World Heavyweight Champion. "He's lost his focus and lost his way as far as being able to connect with young people."

"I felt bad for Jimmy Hart. Jimmy's a good dude. Jimmy's just been doing his work for the last 30 years. It's just kinda sad to see," Booker said, "They've perhaps never watched Hulk Hogan do his thing. They've never seen the Andre the Giant match."
"I can see being disconnected from the fans and going out there and not have that magic today in 2025 than it did in 1985," Booker stated. "It's a different world now."

"Maybe he's created a lot of that 'go-away' heat. It's hard watching Hulk Hogan compared to the Hulk Hogan that we watched in the 80s," Booker continued, "Today's opinion is voiced very, very loudly and we got a chance to see that in real time."
"You want that affirmation. To see where that dude is ... it's a far fall from grace. It really truly is. I wouldn't want to be that guy. I really wouldn't." Booker added

This might have been a really disturbing experience of The Hulkamania, especially, at this age. But most people believe that the reason behind this negative reaction on Netflix RAW Premiere was totally political and the X-Pac heat he received has nothing to do with Hogan’s previous infamous records.
