WrestleMania is the biggest show not only in WWE but also in the world of professional wrestling. Since 1985, this event has created multiple histories. But the show has always been an exclusive for the United States of America. There had been a constant request for an international Mania, but as of now, there has been no official information.
A couple of years ago, WWE hosted the Money in the Bank event in England where the crowd was absolutely amazing. European wrestling crowd has recently been more lively than the American crowd and after a number of events taking place in Europe, fans are looking forward to seeing more big shows in Europe, maybe even Mania one day.

WrestleMania never moved outside of the United States of America
Recently, the present Chief Content Officer of WWE Triple H was asked about moving Mania outside of the USA. The Cerebral Assassin reflected on this topic as he confirmed that this will definitely be happening one day. He spoke on this matter at the post-show press conference of Elimination Chamber which took place in Canada. He revealed which country is in consideration presently;
“All markets are. That is a different animal now that includes a bidding process and everything that goes into it because it is such a massive business. Hundreds of millions of dollars get poured into the city that brings WrestleMania. The economic impact that we have going into a city with something the scale of WrestleMania is incredible.”

John Cena teased Mania moving to England in 2023
“Any place that has a vibrant fanbase and has a building like the Rogers Centre that we can go into and pack it with a lot of people and get them there from all over the globe, it’s definitely on the list.” Concluded the Game.
Triple H did not mention any country but he confirmed Mania moving internationally one day in the future, which includes India as well; the country that has a huge WWE fan base. But the only question remains whether the Indian crowd is mature enough for such a huge event. At least the Indian fans can hope to see a mainline event of WWE some day in the future.
